- Protection against direct contact
- Protection against indirect contact
Isolation resistance
- Electric power train consisting of separate Direct Current- or Alternating Current-buses
- Electric power train consisting of combined DC- and AC-buses
- Rechargeable energy storage system (REESS)
Protection against water effects
- The vehicle manufacturer shall follow the test procedures specified in Annex3, just after each
exposure, and with the vehicle still wet, the resistance shall be less than 0.1 O when there is
current flow of at least 0.2 amperes
The following two tests should apply:
- Washing.
- Driving through standing water.
